What It Costs

Your International Partners service fee covers:

  • Accommodations
  • Meals
  • IP leadership
  • Insurance for medical emergencies & evacuation ($100,000 coverage & a $500 deductible)
  • Project preparation and coordination

Costs include:

  • $100 registration fee
  • $1850 service fee
  • $650 (+/-) for airfare which cannot be determined exactly until plane reservations are confirmed.

There is a $100 discount for registration fees received in December and a $50 discount for registration fees received in January.

Costs for customized trips for your own delegation vary, depending on options selected.

Airfare, service fees, and contributions are tax-deductible for U.S. taxpayers. International Partners is classified as a Public Charity, 501(c)3 under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
